Instant Chai Dry Mix

Simply add all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl, and stir with a whisk until you have a fine mixed powder. You may have to sift the coconut milk powder if it has clumps.

Keep in an airtight container with a tablespoon nearby.

To serve, add 1 tbsp chai dry mix powder to 1 cup hot water, and stir with a milk frother or spoon until you have dissolved the dry mix, then top it off with 1 more cup of hot water and serve immediately.

(Bai’s Tip: Add all the ingredients into a high powered blender to make it extra frothy and foamy.)
